OCMER
OCMER produces a complete range of rotor machines for wet & dry sprayed concrete applications. The same machines are normally adopted also for the pneumatic conveyance of pea-gravel, typically to fill the space between excavation and concrete form-works when tunneling with T.B.M.
The range of Ocmer rotor machines is composed of four models, for each one are available different rotors and hoses sizes, allowing to cover at best all the effective outputs included between 0,3 and 18 cubic metres/h.
The OCMER machines are endowed with exclusive devices such as:
• Hydraulic clamping system of the rubber gaskets on the rotor;
• Lubricated sealing gaskets;
• Carrying frame conveying also the compressed air stream;
• Sequence of commands regulated from PLC;
• Self diagnostic device;
• System to prevent the formation of blockages along the delivery line;
• High pressure water pump;
• Remote control unit;
• Synchronized dosing unit for liquid quick setting chemical admixtures (DOSA version).
Dosing Units
OCMER has developed a complete range of dosing units for liquid concrete’s chemical admixtures, typically quick setting accelerators.
The main characteristics of OCMER dosing units is related to their simplicity.
A peristaltic dosing pump driven from a moto-inverter ensure the accuracy of the dosing and allows to regulate at will the required output and to maintain it constant.
A digital display on the electric control panel indicate the settled value.
The range is composed of three model able to cover all the outputs between 30 and 1.700 litres/h, and precisely;
ODP-012 LIQUIDO: from 30 to 240 litres/h at 7,5 bars
ODP-018 LIQUIDO: from 85 to 700 litres/h at 10 bras
ODP-025 LIQUIDO: from 200 to 1.700 litres/h at 15 bars
Spraying Arms
The spraying arms of the RAPIDO series are destined to the moving at a distance of the spraying pistol when executing sprayed concrete linings using both the dry or wet system. Their use allows being better in large extent the working conditions at the job-sites together with a sensible increase in the productivity.
The range is composed of four models, the OSM-8600 RAPIDO destined mainly to slopes consolidation, but adopted as well in medium size tunnels and in channels restoration project.
To facilitate the using of the arms in tunnels OCMER has developed a complete range of arms endowed with a 2.000 mm axial movement at the head that allows advancement of the same length in a really intuitive way.
The range with axial movement at the head is composed of three models the OSM-4200 RAPIDO, the OSM-7200 RAPIDO and the biggest OSM-9600 RAPIDO.
The first has been specifically developed to operate in tunnels and cavern of sections up to 7 mt and is typically destined to the mining industry. The OSM-7200 RAPIDO allows to operate in tunnel with section up to 11-12 mt while the bigger OSM-9600 RAPIDO can be used in tunnels up to 15-16 mt diam. All the arms can be supplied as free standing units or mounted on a hydraulically stabilized track carrier.
Complete Systems
The full range of OCMER equipment can be combined at will to form a complete system for sprayed concrete applications. The system, can then be mounted on a new carrier or virtually on any one in the availability of the Customer. Ocmer is moreover since ever open to discuss with its Customers the specific requirements of the project in order to adapt its proposal to them even with custom made products. A particular attention has been given over the years to the mechanized sprayed concrete applications into small /medium size tunnels with particular attention to the mining industry. Ocmer shotcrete rigs can anyway cover tunnel sizes from 2,5 up to 16 mt diameter using concrete spraying machines that can reach effective outputs up to 16-18 m3/h using both wet or dry concrete mixes.
